The Process
Phase One
Testing - ROSPA’s Award Winning ‘Driver Profiler’
Psychometric assessment is conducted online and takes around 20 minutes to complete. Divided into two sections, the assessment firstly identifies personal information (driver history, annual mileage and the type of driving normally undertaken), with the second section focusing on driver attitudes through a series of statements.

Phase Two
Analysis and Assessment of Your Corporate Risk
Once the assessment is complete, the driver is rated as either High, Medium or Low risk and provided with an individual report detailing any ‘at risk’ areas, including advice on how to improve these areas.
With all staff assessed, a Learning World consultant will review the results in order to design a training solution to reduce your corporate road risk.
Phase Three
Delivering Training Solutions - Reducing Your Risk
Training solutions include one-to-one and group training for High risk drivers, and group or distance learning for Medium risk drivers. We take a flexible approach to minimise any downtime for your business. Our aim is to ensure that your business needs are met.
